What this website technically does
The following points describe the actual technical state of this website:
- Cookies are only set for the web analytics with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity described below.
- Apart from the Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity scripts, no external fonts, maps or third-party scripts are loaded.
- The “Plan your route” link opens Google Maps in a new window. Data is only sent to Google once you click it.
- No social media plugins are embedded.
If any of these change, this policy has to be updated accordingly.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Analytics shows how this website is used. It records, among other things, the pages viewed, the time spent, the approximate location (country, region), the device and browser, and the page visited before. For this, Google uses cookies and similar technologies on your device. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses.
The legal basis is the legitimate interest in analysing and improving this website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The recorded event data is deleted automatically after two months. The data may be transferred to Google servers in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Microsoft Clarity
This website uses Microsoft Clarity, an analytics service provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland.
Clarity shows how this website is used, for example clicks, mouse movements and scrolling, as heatmaps and session recordings. Text and what you type into form fields are not recorded. For this, Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies on your device.
The legal basis is the legitimate interest in making this website easy to use (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data may be transferred to Microsoft servers in the USA; Microsoft is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can prevent this by blocking cookies in your browser. Server log files
When this site is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data such as the IP address, the date and time of access and the page requested. The specific retention period and the data processing agreement will be added once the hosting provider is confirmed.
Contact and appointment requests
If you write to us through a form on this site, the details you enter are processed in order to handle your request. Submission is not currently activated; while no destination is configured, no form data is transmitted or stored.
Please do not send health data through the forms. Anything concerning symptoms or clinical findings should go by phone or in person.
